WHEN TO ARRIVE

We appreciate you arriving 5 minutes early for your first appointment as you will need to fill out our initial paperwork and consent forms. For any further appointments we only request you arrive on time to make the most of the time allocated to you with your therapist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there is a strict cancellation policy for all appointments. We require a minimum of 12 hours notice if you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, if you are feeling unwell with cold or flu like symptoms please contact us to cancel your appointment. Failure to meet the minimum notice period or a missed appointment will otherwise be charged at 50% of your appointment fee.
