Brad is a registered osteopath based in Mount Maunganui, holding a Master of Osteopathy from Unitec Auckland and a Diploma in Fitness Training from Auckland University of Technology. He has worked across the Bay of Plenty and Sydney, developing extensive experience in the management of musculoskeletal injuries and persistent pain conditions.
Brad takes a structured, results-driven approach to care, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with targeted rehabilitation and exercise prescription. His focus is on addressing the underlying drivers of pain while building long-term strength, movement quality, and resilience.
He works with individuals who are motivated to take an active role in their recovery and are open to incorporating exercise and lifestyle changes into their management. Treatment is guided by an individualised management plan, designed to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes beyond short-term symptom relief.
Before becoming an osteopath, Brad served as a medic in the New Zealand Army.

IZZY STORRAR

Izzy grew up in the UK in Kent and trained to be an osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy, graduating with a master's degree in Osteopathy. Izzy moved to New Zealand in 2019 where she started work in the Hawkes Bay and eventually moved to Tauranga.
Izzy uses a range of treatment approaches, from structural to cranial techniques and is driven to continuously develop these techniques in order to provide patients with the best quality of care. She is passionate about working together with her patients to support them in achieving their goals and helping them to gain optimum levels of health.
Izzy enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds with her interests ranging from osteopathy for pregnant women, babies and children to working with sports injuries and rehabilitation.
In her free time, Izzy enjoys spending time with her partner and children and has always had a keen interest in all sports. She has a particular love for rugby which she has played from a young age.

HANNAH MILLS

Hannah is a registered osteopath with clinical experience across Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, and Sydney. She offers a refined, evidence-based approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
Her practice includes a dedicated focus on headache treatment, including migraines, as well as vestibular conditions such as vertigo and dizziness. Hannah works with patients experiencing persistent, recurrent, or complex symptoms, with an emphasis on thorough assessment and precise, individualised care.
She integrates hands-on osteopathic treatment with contemporary pain science, rehabilitation, and vestibular management strategies. By addressing the relationship between the neck, jaw, nervous system, and balance systems, Hannah provides targeted care aimed at improving function and supporting long-term results.
As an experienced osteopath in Mount Maunganui, Hannah also continues to treat a wide range of general musculoskeletal conditions, and provides care for children and women throughout pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Helen Ridge

After 10 years working in the finance industry, travelling between Wellington, London and Sydney, Helen made a pivotal life change and retrained to become a naturopath and nutritionist. Having experienced first-hand the benefits of natural medicine, she retrained to become a naturopath to make a difference in other people’s lives. Helen is now based in Mount Maunganui with her family.
She endeavours to take a modern approach, infusing scientific, evidence-based practice with traditional therapies to achieve optimal outcomes for everyone. Helen believes in working with medical doctors and other allied health practitioners to build a new integrated health model able to achieve optimum health for individuals and society.
She uses functional pathology testing and holistic techniques that can help with all conditions, but specialises in gut & digestive health, women’s health & hormones, as well as skin concerns.

Dr Wai Tze Cheng

Dr Cheng is a recognised Menopause Specialist accredited by the British Menopause Society and a skilled UK trained GP. Her extensive experience includes over 16 years of service in the NHS in the UK. For nearly five years, she was a dedicated menopause specialist at the West Middlesex University Hospital in London, where she specialised in treating women with complicated health issues and challenging menopausal symptoms. Dr Cheng also works as a Breast Physician at Tauranga Hospital, treating women with breast cancer or who are at high risk of breast cancer.
She embarked on her medical journey at Imperial College, London, graduating in 2007 with a degree in Medicine and an Intercalated BSc in Neuroscience. Her career path included a significant period as an anaesthetic registrar, where she honed her skills in intensive care, theatre, and obstetric anaesthesia, fostering a profound interest in women's health. During her General Practice training, she further specialised with placements in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Enhancing her expertise, Dr Cheng achieved her Advanced Certificate in Menopause and received specialised training at the renowned Chelsea and Westminster Hospital London Menopause Clinic under the guidance of Professor Nick Paney, a prominent figure in the field. She has also made significant contributions to the scientific community, presenting her work on menopause at the prestigious Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology world conference in 2021.
Dr Cheng is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care to women navigating the menopause transition, valuing the holistic approach in her dual role as a GP and menopause specialist. She is dedicated to empowering women with the necessary knowledge and tools for making informed health and wellness decisions, with a special focus on workplace well-being.
Her efforts extend beyond clinical practice, as she has conducted educational sessions on menopause for the House of Commons, Credit Suisse, Barclays, and various corporate entities in the UK and the US, highlighting her commitment to raising awareness and support for women in all stages of their careers.
